Pork Rub for pork shoulder / pulled pork
Mix all together.
Rub mixture on pork and let sit for 30 minutes. Grill at 300 degrees, fat cap down on the middle of the grill. Cook to 160 degree internal temperature and remove from grill (3 hours plus).
Put pork in a foil pan and add apple juice. Cover with foil and put back on grill. Cook to 195 degrees internal.
Wrap in foil and rest for 2 hours. Shred and eat!
