To make sauce:
Heat veg oil in saucepan, cook onion and garlic for 1 min. Stir in curry, peanut butter, soy sauce, chili sauce, water and lemon juice. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 min or til sauce thickens; set aside.
Remove meat from marinade and thread onto 8 skewers, reserve marinade. Grill over med heat for 8-10 min, turning and basting frequently with marinade. Serve with sauce
