-Combine egg and milk with whisk
-Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, and remaining pepper.
- Dip pork in milk mix, sprinkle with salt. Dredge in breadcrumbs.
-Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 T oil to pan. Place two chops in pan and cook 3 minutes on each side. Add remaining oil and repeat with remaining chops.
- Serve with sauce.
