Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in large pan. Add pork, onions, and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes, until meat is lightly browned.
Pour in the wine and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Pour in vegetable stock. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add bulgur wheat, season with salt and pepper, cook for 15 minutes more until meat and wheat are tender and soup has thickened.
Stir in lemon juice.
Stop with cayenne pepper and serve with soda bread with butter.
