Simple but very tasty.
Heat oil in a large pan, brown the pork and remove, set aside.
Gently fry onions and mushrooms until softened.
Return the pork and add stock.
Simmer for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Add cream and paprika, stir and cook for a further 5 - 10 minutes.
Serve with wild rice.
Substitute or add any vegetable with the mushrooms.
