Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 2 tsp olive oil into non-stick pan. Add pork tenderloin to hot pan and lightly brown on 3 sides, 4 - 5 minutes/side.
Remove from pan.
If making with carrots and brussels sprouts - add as directed.
Place on tin-foil lined sheet and place in oven after putting the smokehouse maple seasoning on it. Roast for 16 to 18 min or until temp is 145 degrees.
Sauce: Place 1/4 cup water, maple syrup, dijon, and chicken base to hot pan and stir until incorporated. Bring to a simmer.
Stir often until sauce is the consistency of a light syrup, 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with Pork tenderloin medallions.
