Grease a 9 × 13 baking dish.
Pound out each thin cut tenderloin (14 pieces). Take small balls of sausage and wrap them with the tenderloin. After wrapping them roll the tenderloin in the bread crums and place them side by side in the baking dish. One all tenderloins are placed sprinkle additional bread crumbs over them. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place dish in the oven and bake for 1hr or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees.
15 minutes before tenderloin is done, combine all the ingredients for the rice in a microwave bowl and cook on high for 12 minutes. When done, stir and let set until tenderloin is done.
