Combine pork, green onion, and red bell pepper.
In small bowl combine next 10 ingredients until smooth.
In wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Stir-fry pork mixture until most of pork is no longer pink (about 3 minutes). Stir in liquid, stir-fry until pork has cooked through and sauce has thickened (4 to 6 minutes).
Serve over jasmine rice.
Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
