Suggest a better descriptionBrush pork tenderloin with hoisin sauce. Toss green beans with 1 tbsp of oil, and toss potatoes separately with other tablespoon of oil. Salt and pepper the vegetables.
Arrange the green beans crosswise in the middle of a rimmed baking sheet. Top with the pork tenderloin. Arrange potatoes at either end of the baking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove pork tenderloin from pan, tent in foil. Let rest for 10 minutes. Mix vegetables, return to oven for the ten minutes while the pork rests.
