2. Roast 20 minutes or until cooked (145 degrees F).
3. Combine 2 cups finely chopped cantaloupe, 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro, finely chopped chopped orange segments, 2 tablespoons lime juice, chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
4. Slice pork and serve over mixed greens topped with melon salsa.
