Combine mustard, oil and salt in a food storage bag. Add pork tenderloin and turn to coat. Marinate 15 minutes to over night. Broil pork 5 inches from heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until golden and internal temp is 145 degrees.
Serve with baked potato, chutney and fresh arugula.
