Suggest a better descriptionSeason tenderloin with salt and pepper. Brown in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 6-8 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat until cooked through, 15-20 minutes. In a second skillet cook 3 sliced apples in butter over medium heat until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add thyme. Slice the pork and serve with apples.
