Suggest a better description1. Mix pork and all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Put a small spoon full of pork into a wonton wrapper. Fold and seal wrapper edges with water.
3. For pan frying, use a non-stick skillet. Put enough oil in the pan to thinly coat the bottom. Heat oil in pan, then quickly add dumplings in one layer. Immediately pour in one cup of water and cover quickly. Cook about 4 minutes. Flip dumplings and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes.
4. For boiled dumplings in soup, prepare soup and bring to boil. Add dumplings and boil for 5-7 minutes.
