Christopher,
Here is the recipe just as Kornel wrote it. Idon't think the phone number will do you much good anymore though. We usually add more peppers (red too) and sometimes used diced canned tomatoes, and we usually use boneless chicken thigh (The breast seems to dry out and get tough), and we leave the chunks bigger. Enjoy.
1. Chop onion into small pieces
2. Wipe tears from your eyes
3 .Use frying pans
4. Heat oil and onions. Note! Do not brown the onions. If onions turn brown, discard, grab new onion and go to step 1.
5. Add sweet red paprika and continue same heat. Make sure all the oil is not absorbed. If it is add more oil. Stir often.
6. After 3-4 minutes, add mushrooms if you have any and cook another 3-4 minutes.
7. Add meat and brown on all sides for about 4-5 minutes. Heat should be high enough to sear. I usually raise the heat another notch at this point.
8. When meat is brown add cumin and bullion and stir.
9. Chop peppers and tomatoes and add to pan. Cover and cook until tomatoes have disappeared (about 30 minutes). At this step I usually lower the heat a notch. During these 30 minutes don't let it dry out. If it does, add water, wine, or whatever you are drinking at the moment.

11. Serve with spaetzle or noodles.
