Suggest a better descriptionBring water and millet to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 min. Take off heat, remove lid, and cool 10 min. Blend coconut milk, maple syrup, and orange juice in a blender and pour one-third of the mixture over a 1½ C serving of millet. Serve hot with ? pint of fresh blueberries (or frozen, if fresh are unavailable).
