Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil in soup pot & saute onion & garlic & salt for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, broth, chili flakes bring to boil simmer for 10 minutes. Then add kale, water and cook 30 minutes. Stir in sausage. Puree just a touch (optional).
