Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat in hot oil (coconut works good). Rub meat with horseradish and put in crockpot, add vegetables. Put on high for 30" then turn to low for 10-11 hours or turn to high after 4 hours. You want the meat to fall apart.
Drain off the liquid and put into a saucepan. For each 2 Cups liquid add 1/4 cup flour to 1/2 cup cold water in a jar. Heat the stock just to a boil and slowly whisk in the flour and water mixture. cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
