This was awsome!
Place Chuck Roast in Crockpot. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour
over roast and cook on high for 3 hours and lower heat to low for 2
more. You can also add cubed potatoes and baby carrots after about two
hours.
My family doesn't like mushrooms so I didn't add them but it just fell apart. I cooked this on high for 6 hours in the crock since it was a cheaper piece of meat.
