- heat oil and sauté onions, garlic and ginger
- add mushrooms...stir
- add cabbage, carrots and chives..cook until soft and then drain and cool
- full dumplings and fold
- Coat hot pan with oil, brown dumplings
- add 1/4 cup water to steam and cover pan
- remove when crispy
