Our famous creamy potato soup with the Chef's perfect mix of Wisconsin cheddar cheese
1) Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender; do not over cook. Reserve 1 cup of liquid
2) Sauté the onions in butter till translucent. Add the flour and cook 2-3 minutes, do not brown.
3) Slowly add the reserved liquid, milk sugar cheese, potatoes and ham.
4) Simmer for 10-15 minutes being careful not to over cook the potatoes.
