Preheat oven to 475F. Mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Add potatoes and stir until coated with oil mixture. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish. Bake fro an hour or until done, flipping every 15-20 minutes. While potatoes are cooking, coat chicken with leftover oil mixture and fry in skillet until no longer pink in the middle. When potatoes are done, lower oven to 400F, add chicken, bacon, cheese and green onions. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
