Oil a small- medium baking dish.
Place sliced potato in dish in layers with the garlic and rosemary interspersed.
Mix egg, salt and milk and pour over the potato, pour cream over as well, then sprinkle with final bit of goats cheese.
Bake 40- 50 mins
