One of my moms recipes....a Thanksgiving must have in my family.
Mix sour cream & milk and set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a 13x9 baking dish (sprayed with non-stick) and then pour milk/sour cream mixture over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes or until brown around edges. Let stand to thicken and serve.
