Mix 1/4 cup melted butter, soup, cheese, onion, sour ceam, salt, and pepper together. Add potatoes. Place in 9x13 baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with crushed corn flakes and spread over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until crispy brown on top.
