Suggest a better descriptionDissolve bouillon in hot water in a large pot. Add all vegetables. Turn stove to medium heat.
In a separate bowl, melt butter and mix in flour. Slowly stir into pot of vegetables.
Add milk, half and half cream and cheese wiz.
Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese if desired.
Simmer until vegetables are soft and heated through.
Serve.
