Suggest a better descriptionPut potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in large stockpot and just cover with water. Cook on medium high heat until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheeses, stirring until melted.
Add hot pepper sauce and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in half-and-half. Makes 5 to 6 quarts. Reheats well over medium heat or in a microwave.
