These delicious little cookies really are addictive. And no, they don't taste like potato chips.
Note on crushing chips and chopping pecans:
you can put these 2 into a food processor or blender; how fine depends on how much texture you want your cookies to have
Cream butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour. Add potato chips and nuts. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet, and press pecans onto the tops.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 min, or until very slightly brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle at once with powdered sugar. Cool and store.
