Suggest a better descriptionBoil broth, garlic, and potatoes. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Puree in blender until smooth and creamy. Return to pot. Add milk and heavy cream and heat on low to medium heat (do not boil). Season with salt and pepper. Mix butter and chopped rosemary together in a mixing bowl. Serve soup with a spoonful of rosemary and butter on top of each bowl.
