Fry bacon. Remove from grease. With remaining 2 T of grease, add butter and saute onions. Add chopped red potatoes and stir to coat. Lower heat and place lid on pot. Cook till potatoes are done. Add flour and stir to coat potatoes. Add milk, corn and bacon. Heat till warm and serve.
