Moms Potato Kurma Masala with Coconut
1. Marinate Potatoes
Boil Potatoes, and dice them medium, add yogurt, turmeric, ginger & garlic paste, coriander powder and marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Saute Curry
In a saute pan put oil and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and shajeera ground rough to oil, after toasting and aroma is released add diced onion and green chillies. Saute till yogurt is mixed in completely. Add salt, and after mixing add blended coconut cream and cook for 5 minutes.
