Ingredients:
1½ quarts Water
1½ Yukon Gold Potatoes
1½ oz Spanish Onion
4 oz Heavy Cream
1 pinch Salt
½ pinch Pepper
6 oz Leeks
¼ cup Olive Oil/Canola Blend
1 tbsp Butter
½ tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Vegetable Stock Powder
tbsp Chives,minced
Method of Preparation:
In the olive oil, saute leeks, onions and granulated garlic until tender.
Add potatoes. cook for 30 min.
Add Butter and cream, reduce.
Add Veg base to water. Add in all the liquids and spices.
Cook for an additional 30 min
