Old Fashioned Creamy Potato or Broccoli Soup
1) Melt the butter over medium heat.
2) Add the flour and cook 2 to 4 minutes stirring frequently
3) Add Chicken Broth and bring to a boil.
4) Turn to low and then add the "half & half", salt and pepper.
5) Finally add potatoes/broccoli and stir occasionally.
6) Simmer for 30-60 minutes to preference.
