Prepare potatoes per package direction (will vary depending on what kind of potato you are using).
Plate the potatoes and sprinkle with all toppings except ranch dressing - best order is probably cheeses, then the tomato, bacon and onion.
Drizzle with the ranch dressing and server. Goes great with buffalo wings and beer!
