Combine potatoes, water, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast and stir well. Add eggs, flour and knead. Keep slightly sticky, but not too much. Cover and let rise until double in size. Form into rolls (dough will be sticky). Form into rolls (dough will still be sticky), cover and let rise again (60-90 minutes), Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Yields about 30 rolls.
