Suggest a better descriptionPeel and cook the potatoes and the eggs in the 2 tablespoons of salt
Drain and transfer to a large bowl
Cool slightly
While the potatoes are cooling peel the boiled eggs and chop them and add back to the potatoes
Add the remaining ingredients and mash together
Cool on counter for about 30 minutes until about room temp
Cover and refrigerate until cold
