I adapted this recipe from one I was served at a Houston Texans game.
Cook the potatoes (sliced is nice) until tender, but not falling apart.
Prepare sauce with other ingredients. Add sauce to potatoes until desired consistency.
Garnish with additional cheddar, green onions, and bacon.
