Suggest a better descriptionBoil potatoes (unpeeled) with some salt for approximately 20 minutes.
As soon as you can handle them peel and slice thinly.
Dissolve sugar, salt in water, then add vinegar.
Add all ingredients to potatoes mix well and carefully.
Hold off on the liquid a little bit and go easy on the onion. (You can also add)
*Can use the same recipe for cold slaw but with a little less mayo. Instead of mayo you can use vegetable oil.
