Boil potatoes for 20 mins and then set them to cool.
Mix onion, powder, vinegar, water, and pepper in a bowl.
Peel potatoes when they have cooled off.
Cut potatoes in thin slices.
Add potatoes to the mixture.
Make mixture in a different bowl, add cucumbers to that bowl.
Before eating mix both bowls together.
