Suggest a better descriptionBrown sausage; drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In greased 2 quart casserole, layer half of the potatoes, half of the soup mixture and half of the sausage. Repeat, ending with sausage. Cover and bake at 350 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley if desired.
