Cook Bacon and add to sausage aside
add chicken broth in large stock pot bring to boil and add potatoes simmer for a few minutes and add all remaining ingredients except for spinach and heavy whipping cream.
Once potatoes are tender and are falling apart, add heavy whipping cream and spinach, serve immediately.
I serve mine with french bread, soup is to die for!
