potatoe skins
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.
Microwave potatoes for 5 min flip and put back for another 5 and make sure to Poke holes in the patatoes before you put them in. Cut potatoes in ½ and scoop out the innards into a bowl for later leave some potato on the skin. Cut potato halves into 3 slices. Spray pan with oil and baste potato skins evenly with oil and bake for 5 min until crisp. Take out of oven sprinkle cheese on ,green oinons and bacon. bake in oven until cheese bubbling about 5 min. Take the potatoe innards and mash with fork so all lumps gone, mix in butter and onion powder.... eat the mashed potatoes on the side. if potatoes are cold micorwave for 1 min.
Top the skins with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
