Frozen hashbrowns - casserole
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients well, except potato chips, in a large bowl
3. Pour into 9x13 glass dish
4. Cover with crushed potato chips, if desired
5. Cook approximately one hour
Note: You can also add ham to make a breakfast casserole.
