Scalloped potatoes to try - dutch oven, foil wrapped or in a foil baking pan
Preheat grill to medium heat
Combine potatoes, green onions, soup, cheese and bacon in a bowl. Season with pepper and garlic salt.
Can use: 1. 8 16 inch pieces of aluminum foil with cooking spray - dot with butter. Fold into foil packets and seal well
2. Dutch oven - put in butter
3. Foil backing pan and cover with foil - 25 minutes
If packets - grill for 12 to 20 minutes - may take 25 minutes.
if using lidded pot - increase time to 30-40 minutes for large batch.
