Squeeze cabbage to remove water. Mix together all ingredients, except for the vegetable oil. Place small amount in center of wonton wrapper. Dip your fingers in water and run along edge of wrapper. Fold and press to seal. Heat vegetable oil in skillet and brown the bottom of the potstickers. In a wok or steamer, steam the potstickers over water for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with Potsticker Dipping Sauce.
