Potted Chicken
Make broth first. Combine spahgetti sauce and broth. put in chopped onoin, celery leafs. cut 1 carrot into very small pieces. Put in broth. Get broth simmering for 10 minutes.
Cut other 2 carrots into bite-size pieces, cut potatoes into bite size pieces, put chicken and veggies into broth. Turn up to M-H heat until it is simmering. Make sure broth does not boil. Crack lid and cook until done, usually about 40-45 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
When done remove from heat, remove lid and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
