Suggest a better descriptionCream butter, oil and sugar. Mix in sour cream. Alternate eggs and dry ingredients. Add flavoring last. Pour batter in 3 cake pans or bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
*Makes a great coconut cake with 3 layers frosted with cream cheese frosting and topped with coconut.
Cream Cheese Frosting: 12 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 stick butter,1 t vanilla, 3/4 to 1 lb. powdered sugar
