Suggest a better descriptionTo toast coconut, spread on a cookie sheet and place in 350 degree oven til lightly browned.
Stir all ingredients together in large bowl until mixed thoroughly. Let chill 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to a week. Note: I double the recipe and use flax seed and wheat germ.
