Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut off stem ends of okra and then cut in half lengthwise. Place in a large bowl. Add the EVOO and spices and stir to coat the okra.
Place the okra n a baking sheet - single layer. Roast 15 minutes, then shake pan and stir the okra. Roast another 15 minutes until the okra is lightly browned and tender. Serve hot.
