Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In bowl mash sweet potatoes. Stir in sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and eggs. Spoon in casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes.
