Suggest a better descriptionCook sweet potatoes until tenter (either boil or bake). Remove skins and mash. Combine all
ingedients except those for topping and beat well.
Don't skimp on butter or else sweet potatoes
will be dry.
Put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Mix topping ingerdients, sprinkle over top and back at 350 degrees for
30 minutes.
For two - use 2 small sweet potatoes and bake in two small white ramkins 2" x 4" round.
